It's been proven in New York. It's been proven in Toronto. People who have spent 5, 10, 15 years on the streets can become successful tenants, if they get the supports they need. This pragmatic workshop shows how you can help your clients keep their homes, and break the street/hostel/hospital cycle.

  • Hear the success stories
  • Learn how the Residential Tenancies Act defines tenant success – there are fewer rules than you might think!
  • Discover the 5 essential homelessness prevention strategies
  • Learn from your peers how to overcome the most difficult challenges: hoarding, isolation, conflicts with neighbours...or bring your toughest dilemma.
  • Hear collective voice of homeless persons and tenants.
