Mainstay Housing works to make a difference in the lives of people living with mental illness. It often seems like an uphill battle. With help from people like you, we can help our tenants make positive changes. There are many ways you can make a difference at Mainstay Housing.

Volunteer on the Mainstay Housing Board

We need people with knowledge and experience to help our Board of Directors do its work. The Board sets broad policy for a complex organization with a dynamic staff. Areas of expertise needed are: finance; personnel; consumer-survivor initiatives; and impact of homelessness. We need people who will be committed to Mainstay's mission to provide, promote and support quality affordable and accessible housing primarily for consumer-survivors, as well as people with special needs.
